Last Will and Testament, and hereby revoke all others by me hereto-
fore me~de.
1. I give and bequeath my wearing appe~rel, gold Katch~ and
peraonal effacts of like kind, and any automobile and household
fuimiture, furrlishinga~ appliances and fixtures oi+ned by me at the
time oP my death, to my Wi.2'e, I~iertha P. Stephea~s, iF she survives
me, or~ iP not, in equel portions to my children, Courtney P.
9tephens and Ellen S. Olaen, or their survivor.

2. I give, devise and bequeath all the rest, residue and re-
mainder of m~t property wherever situated in three equal parts or
shares, as followss
(a) I give~ deviae and bequeath one part to
my wife~ Martha P. Stephens, if she survives~
me, or, if not, in equel portions to m,y ahild-
ren, Courtne~r P. Stephens and Ellen S. Olsen.
If either my seid son or daughter dies before
this wi.ll takea effect, then his or her child-
ren me surviving she11 take in lieu of such
deceased parent.
(b) I give, devise and bequeath one part to my
son, Courtney P. Stephens, if he survives me~
or, if not, in equal portions to his children
me surviving. .
(c) I give, devise and bequeath one part to ~
daughter, ffilen S. Olsen, iP she survives me,
or, if not, in equel portions to her children
me surviving.
3. I appoint m~ wife, Martha P. Stephe~s, and my son, Courtney.
P. Stephens, ~cecutrix and Lxecutor of this my Last Will and Testament,
and I expressly confer upon them power as auch personal representa-
~ tivea to administer my estate, and direct that they be excused from
i ~iving any bond. I e~cpres sly confer upon therm Pull authority and
~ power to sell and convey any part or all oF nny estate, at public or
private sele, with or without-notice, as theg may deem best, end xith-
~ out any order of court. I authorize them to make good and auPficient
conveyances to any purchaser end to hold the proceeds of any sale to
the same uses and trusts as hereinbefore declared in this my ~rill. If
either of thesn fails to quali i'y or ceases to act as personal repsesen-
tative hereunder, then the other one shall act alone.
