responsive pleadings have been filed to date, and that the
Plainti£f has alleged in his complaint that this action does
not euceed $2,400.00 in damages, and the Court being otherwise
duly advised in the premises, it is, thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that this cause be, and the same is
herebq transferred from the Circuit Court in and for St. Lucie
County, Florida, to the County Court in and for St. Lucie County,
