Th3.s cause came on to be heard on September 1, 1976 upon the Petition ~
for Adoption filed in this cause and the consent of Cynthia Luneva Barnes,
natural mQther of the minor child, and it appearing to the Court that the
Petitioners are fit and proper persons to adopt the minor child souqht to
be adopted, and that the best interest of the child vrill be proaated by the
adoption and that the child is suitable for adoption by the Petitioners, -
Isaac Barnes and Frances L. Barnes, his Wife- and.beinq othezwise fully -
advised in the premises, it is therefore ~
. ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: `
1. The minor child named in the P.etition is declared to be the

privileges, and subject to all the obligations of a child bo:n to the Pstitioners, -
