Wife. ) . ` - ~ FINAL JUDGME~IT DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on -for trial the first daq of September. 197b, and the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of - the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; and that the , ~ marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: - 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between RUBIN C. MORRIS and PEGGY FOX MORRIS be and~the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever £reed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the ob2fgations arising therefrom. i 2. CUSTODY. Custody of PAMI:LA, RUBIN, ANGEL and MARSHA, i E minor children of the parties, is hereby awarded to PEGGY FOX 4 ~ MORRIS, with reasonable visitation rights reserved to RUBIN C. f ! ~ ' MORRIS. ~ P r 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3~- day of September, ~ 1976, RUBIN C.
