and by him remitted promptly to PEGGY FOX MORRIS. In addition.
there is hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
. added to each payment made to the Clerk. AII paqments shall be
made in cash~ money order or cashier's check. Both of the parties
are ordered to keep ~he Clerk of this Court advised of their mai1-
ing and residence addresses at all times while this Order is in
effect. ~
4: PROPERTY. That upon the entry of this Final Judgment,
DissoZution of Marriage, the real property located at 506 North
23rd Street, Fort Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida, shall be
owned by the parties as tenants in co~non~
5. RESTRAINING ORDER. Each of the parties is herebq
enjoined ared restrained from interfering with, harassing or
annoying the other.
6. FEES AND COSTS. The Court deteranines the sum of

attorney said sum together with costs herein assessed at $40.00.

as may be proper. - .
