This cause came on for trial the lst day of September, 1976,
and the Court having given full considersation to all of the
evidence, finds and determines: This Court has ~urisdiction of the
pa=ties and sub3ect matter of this suit; that the relationship of
husband and wife now eaiats between the partiea, and the marriage
between the parties ie irretrievably broken and should~be dissolved.
It is thereupon, • ~ ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: ~

be, and the same ia hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of ~
