WILSON, ) _ _ Wife . ) 34432~3 ) This cause came on for t=ial the lst day of September, - 1976, ~nd the Court having given full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of- the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; that the husband, ~ Petitioner herein, signed the Petition for Dissolution of Marriage "HARRY L. WILSON, JR." the true name of the Petitioner; that the wife has actual notice of the Dissolution of Marriage herein invol ved; and that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED ANb ADJUDGED as follows: ~ 1. That the caption of the suit herein involved is changed ~ from HARRY W. WILSON, JR. to HARRY L. WILSON, JR. ~ 2. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between ~ HARRY L. WILSON, JR. and DEBRA A. WILSON be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them - and from the obligations arising therefrom. 3. JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction of this cause. and the parties hereto is retained for the entry of such further Orders as ~ may be proper.
