TEMPORARY ORDER ~
This cause came on for hearing before the Court this
lst day of September, 1976. upon the Wife's Petition For -
Dissolution of Marriage and Other Relief, and the Court being
fullq advised in the premisea, and having heard argument of
counsel. it is thereupon .
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pending the outcome of the
final hearing in this matter, the Huaband is to pay $50.00 weekly

commencing September 3, 1976, each and everq week, for the
support of the minor child of the parties, SHEILA MARIE `
. GRANTHAM;-and the Husband is to pay $30.00 per week temporary
alimony for the Wife, FRANCE3 MAE GRANTHAM. Both payments are
to be made payable through the Clerk of this Court and by him
~ remitted promptly to FRANCES MAE.GRANTHAM. In addition there

f is herely assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be
~
~
~ added~to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall
be made in cash, monev order or cashier's check. Both of
the parties are ordered to keev the Clerk of this Court
advised of their maflin~z and residence addresses at all times .
while this order i~ in effect.
IT IS FIIRTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that pending the .
outcame of this matter, the Wife shall have exclusive possession
