The Mort~a`ee may, al his option. and without waivin~ his rieht to accelerate the indebtedness hereby - secured and to foreclose the same, pay either before or after delinquency any or all of those cettsin obli~atioes required by the tetms hereof to be paid by the Mortsa~or for the protection of the mc~~t~a~e security or [or the col- lection ot the indebted~ess hereby secured.
