WHEREAS, DOROTHY J. BAUM was appointed Guardian of the
property and person of John J. Baum, by the undersiqned Act-

WHERSAS, the sai DOROTHY J. BAUM is entitled to Letters
of Guardianship;

Judqe in and for the County of St. Lucie, State of Florida,
by virtue of the po~wer and authority by law in me vested,
do hereby declare the said DOROTBY J. BAUM to be duly qualified
under the laws of the State of Florida to act as quardian of -
the peraon and property of JOSN J. BAUM, incompetent because
_ of minority with ~ull power to ask, deiaand, sue for, recover,
and receive any assets belonginq to said incompetent; to pay

! the debts of said incompetent, if any, so far as the asaets

of his estate will permit and the law direct, and to protect
