SECTION 5. All Ordinances.or parts of Ordinances in conflict ~
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 6. This Ordinance shall be and become effective at the
expiration of thirty days af ter final passage.

was duly introduced, read and passed on first reading by title only
