havinq qiven full consideration to all the evidence, finds
and determines:
This Court has jutisdiction of the parties and subject

exists between the parties; and the marriaqe between the

ORD$RED AND ADJUDGED ae follows:
- 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between

same hereby is dissolved, and the parties and each of them are

~ hereby forever freed fro~a the bonds of matrimony heretofore

2. CiJSTODY: Custody of MELISSA LYNN LOCRLEY, minor
child of the parties, is hereby-awarded to the wife, CBERRY.
DELORES LOCRLEY, with reasonable visitation rights reserved
I to the husband, BERRLEY ENGENE LOCRLEY. -
