This cause havi.ng come on upon the joint motion for
entry of reasonable attorneys' fees and costs made by the
plaintiff and the defendants set forth hereinbelow, and it
appearing to the Court that the parties were authorized to
enter into such motion, and the Court finding that the compen-
sation to be paid by the plaintiff is full, just and reasonable
for all parties concerned, and the Court beinq fully advised
in the premises, it is, therefore,
ORDERED that Fee, Parker & Fee, P.A., Frank H. Fee, III,
Esquire, Attorneys for the defendants LeVere M~ontgomery and
j Betty Ann Montgomery his wife, shall receive the sum of ~ne

~ Hundred Fifty Dollars ($150) from the plaintiff as a reasonable
~ fee for services rendered in this cause. ,

I IT IS FQRTI~R ORDERED that the Clerk of this Court pay
