THIS CAUSE came on for trial before the undersigned-
Judge of the above-styled Court upon the issues and the Record,
a~ury having been expressly waived by the parties; and, the
Court finding that it has juriadiction over the subject matter
and of the parties; and, having reviewed and approved the petition
submitted by WILLIAM J. RIORDAN, as next friend of the minor
plaintiff, PATRICIA M. RIORDAN, and having approved the setxlement
in favor of the plaintiffs and against the defendants; and being
fully advised in Che premises~ it is thereupon, upon consideration

INSURANCE COMPANY, the sum of $2,500.00; and

RIORDAN, a minor, shall have and recover of and from the defendants,
CAROLYN LEATNERWOOD, MICHAEL LEATHERWOOD and ALLSTATE INSURANCE
