ORDER APPROVING SETTLEMENT ~
THIS CAUSE coming on regularly to be heard upon the
sworn petition of WILLIAM J. RIORDAN, as next friend and natural
father of the ~ninor plaintiff PATRIC~A M. RIORDAN, and WILLIAM
R. RIORDAN, individually. and the Court having considered the
Record, examined the exhibit submitted, and being fully advised .
in the premises~ it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that:
(1) The negotiations for the settlement of this cause
have been conducted by the parties hereto with the assistance and
advice of their respective counsel of record with diligence and
E caution~ so as to fairly compensate the minor Plaintiff.
! (2) The sum of $2,500.00 is to be paid by the Defendants

f to WILLIAM J. RIORDAN, as natural father and next friend of the

minor Plaintiff, PATRICIA M. RIORDAN, as settlement in favo~ of
said minor~ for her damages; and that said settlement is hereby _
ratified and approved.
(3) The amount in controversy, the uarties, the subject ~
matter of the said cause, and all other jurisdictional facts are
found to be within the authority and jurisdiction of this Court.
~ (4) The rights of the minor plaintiff, PATRICIA M.

~ RIORDAN, age 16 years, have been fully, fairly and adequately protected.
