AGREEMENT FOR DEED =r ~ ~ ~ MADE this the 2nd day of August ~A.D., 1976~ between MAURICE D. SNYDER, party of the first part, and RICHARD D. SNEED, JR., P.A., and flENRY RIEGLER, parties of the second part. 700 Virginia Avenue Suite 102-Sun Bank Bldg . Ft. Pierce, Florida 33450 WITNESSETH, that if the said parties of the second part shall first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure to the said parties of the second part~ in fee simple, clear of all encumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the following described land, situate and being in the County of St. ~wusExs • Lucie, State of Florida, to wit: ~~r •~t~17. ~c`cf: D0~/'~~ ~ The South 200 feet of the following described property.
