AGREEMENT FOR DEED =r ~ ~ ~
MADE this the 2nd day of August ~A.D., 1976~
between MAURICE D. SNYDER, party of the first part, and RICHARD
D. SNEED, JR., P.A., and flENRY RIEGLER, parties of the second part.

WITNESSETH, that if the said parties of the second part shall
first make the payments and perform the covenants hereinafter
mentioned on their part to be made and performed, the said party
of the first part hereby covenants and agrees to convey and assure
to the said parties of the second part~ in fee simple, clear of all
encumbrances whatever, by a good and sufficient warranty deed, the
following described land, situate and being in the County of St.

The South 200 feet of the following described property.
The east half (1/2) of the southeast quarter (1/4) of the

35 feet of the north 492 feet, and also less the west 25 feet
thereof, and less and excepting the south 100 feet thereof,

! and the said parties of the second part herebq covenant and agree
