FINAL JUDGMENT
DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE
This cause came on for trial the 3rd day of September, 1976, and
the Court havinq given full consideration to all the evid"ence, finds
and determines: This Court has jurisdiction of the parties and aubject
matter of this suit; that the relation of husband and wife now exiats
between the parties; and that the marriage between the partiea is
irretrievably broken and should be dissolved. It is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLU~TION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between HENRY LEWIS -
HICKS and BEVERLY AICKS, be and the same is hereby dissolved, and the
parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of
j matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the obliqations

~ arising therefrom.

~ 2. CUSTODY. Custody of DEBRA JEAN HICKS, MICHI~EL ALAN HICKS,

g BRIAN KEITH HICKS and RAYMOND WILLIAM HICKS, minor children of the

parties, is hereby awarded to the wife, BEVERLY HICKS, with reasonable
visitation rights reserved to the husband, HENRY LEWIS HICKS. ~

~ 3. SUPPORT. Commencing the 3J day of September, 1976, HENRY

~ LEWIS HICKS shall pay to BEVERLY HICKS, the sum of $15.00 per week, per
~
~
~ child for the support of the children named above.

i Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and by him
,
~
remitted promptly to the wife, BEVERLY HICKS. In addition there is
~
~ hereby assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutory costs to be added to each
~
