order or cashier's check. Both of the parties are ordered to keep
the Clerk of thia C~ourt advieed of their mailinq and residence addnessea
at all times while this order is in effect.
4..pROPERTY. The Wife is hereby qranted sole possession of the
home and personal property located at 337 Ashley Street, Fbrt Pierce,
Florida, and presently in the joint names of the husbarnd and wife.
The Husband ia hereby ordered to make the monthly mortgaqe paysenta
as they become due and in addition the husband is to be responsible -
for the payment of the real property taxes and insurance on the ho~.
The husband is hereby ordered to remove himself and his personal bel
ongings from the home. The wife is awarded sole possession of the
1972 Oldsmobile presently in the joint names of the husband and ~rife.
The husband is hereby ordered to relinquish his interest in the auto=
m~bile to his wife and deZiver the keys to the wife.
The husband is required to maintain the tw~o life insurance policies J.
with Life and Casualty of Tennessee with the children of the parties
set forth therein as sole beneficiaries of the life insurance.
