2. That payments on the note attached as Schedule B may be modified by
Irbrtgagor at his aptio~n by payment by m~rtgagor directly to SUV BANK OF

or an . 06-62187700-1, tvward satisfactio~ of said m4rtgage.
3. That arh' Payments by Mortgagor to said Bank as provided in paraBTaph
2 will reduce the m~nthly obligation by the amoi,mt of the payment. Atry pre-
payment an the obligatian in paragraph 2 shall be applied as a prepayment on
the note (Schedule B) with no penalty.
