MOTION
Comes now the Wife, REGINA D. YORK, by and through her
undersigned attorneys and respectfully repreaents unto the Court:
l. That on August 19,~1976 a Petition was filed in the
above entitled cause and the Husband, H. T. CARMICHAEL YORK, was
served with a copy of the Complaint and Summona by the Sheriff of
St. Lucie County,-Florida on August 20, 1976. -
2. That subsequent to the service of procesa and a copy
of the Petition upon the 8usband, the parties have reconciled.
3. That no pleadings have be.en filed by the Husband in
the above entitled cause nor have any copies been served upon
counsel of record for the Wife.
WHLREFORE it is prayed the above entitled cause ~ aismis8ea
