7.'his cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a teaaporary restraining order, restraining and eajoin-
ing the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harassing or
using physical violence on the Wife and the cainor child and to
restrain and enjoin the Husband-from entering the marital dwelling
located at 120~ North llth Street, Fort Pierce, Florida where the
~Pife and the minor child reside, and the Court beinq fully advised
in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. That the 8usband, RICHARD ELLIO"1'T, be and he is hereby
enjoined and restrained fraa interfering with, molesting, harassing
or using physical violence on the Wife and the minor child. ~ ~
2. Z'hat the Husband, RICBARD ELLIOTT, is enjoined and re-

' strained from entering the marital dwelling wherein the Wife and

j the minor child reside located at 120~ North llth Street, Fort Pierce,

~ 3. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida

j are directed to render such assistance to the Wife as may be nec-

~ essary to insure the Husband's compliance with this Order, without

further order of this Court.
