THIS CAUSE COMING on }o be heard upon atipulation of the
Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION, STATS OF FLORIDA DEPARTMSI~iT
OF TRANSPORTATION, and the Defendant, Florida Gas Transmission
Company, it is,
ORDERED that David W. Hedrick, as attorney for the Defendant,
Florida Gas Transmission Company, shall receive the swa of SIX -
HUNDRED AND NO/100 ~$600.00) DOLLARS from the Plaintiff as a reasdn-
able fee for services rendered in this parcel and it is
ORDERED AND DIRECTED that the Clerk of this Court pay to
David W. Hedrick, as attorney for the ~efendant, Florida Gas
~
~ Transmission Company, the aforesaid sum of SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100
~ ($600.00) DOLLARS from monies deposited in this cause into the Court

Registry by the Plaintiff and it is further
ORDERED that the Plaintiff, DIVISION OF ADMINISTRATION,
~ STATE OF FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION, deposit into the
~ Court Reqistry of the above Court the sum of SIX HUNDRED AND NO/100
~ ($600.00) DOLLARS, ~nd it is further
~ ORDERED that the Defendant, Florida Gas Transmission Company,

; be and is hereby dismissed from Parcel Number 131 of this action.
