IQ10W ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that MIAMI NATIONAL BANK
the holder of a mortgage dated December 13, 1971, recorded
December i7, 1971, in ufficial Records Book 198, at page 725,
of the Public Records of St Lucie County, Florida, given by
INTERSTATE HIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION, has, upon sat~sfactory
proof that independent third party purchasers have performed the
terms of their respective Agreements for Deed causing INTERSTATE
IiIGHWAY INVESTMENT CORPORATION to convey title; ~eleased the land
described in a two page exhibit attached hereto from the lien and
effect of said mortgage as provided within said mortgagc~ and
direct the Clerk of the Circuit Court to note the same uF~on the
margin of the record of said mortgage.
