Beginning at the intersection o€ the ~riorth line of Section
32, Township 36 South, Range 38 East, 3t. Lucie County,
Florida, and the east right-of-way of Germany Canal Road,
thenc~ run S 89° 45' 08" S, alonq the north line of said

to the said east riqht-of=way of Germany Canal Road; 660.35
feet; thence run N 89° 45' 08" W, 1320.00 feet to the said

THIS IS A FIRST PURCHASE MONEY MORTGAGE.
Provided mortgagor is not in default under the terms hereof,
upon reduction of the principal balance o~ the debt
secured hereby in the amount of $4,000.00, mortqagee
shall deliver to mortgagor a release, duly executed in
recordable form,of either the north 110 feet or the
south 110 feet of the above described lands as measured
along Germany Canal Road, as may be elected by mortqagor,
from the lien and operation of this mortqage. Upon,each
j subsequent $4,000.00 reduction of the principal balance of
~ the debt secured hereby, provided mortqagor is not in
~ default under the terms hereof, mortgagee shall deliver to
n~rtgagor a release, duly executed and in recordable
M form, of a 110 foat strip of the above described lands
i as measured along Genaany Canal Road from the lien and
operation of this mortgage; provided, however, each 110
i foot strip subsequently released must be adjacent to lands
i previously released from the lien and operation of this
i mortgage.
