THIS CAUSE came on to be heard on Motion of FREDERiCK
KUHLMAN, JR. and MARIAN A. KUHLMAN, his ~ife, and ELIZABSTH SII.YIS
Plaintiffs in the above-styled cause, for a Default Judgment,
pursuant to Rule 1.500 Florida Rules of Civil Procedure, and it
appearing to the Court that the Complaint in the above cause was _
filed in this Court on ~the 9th day of April, 1976, an3 that the
Suu~nnons and Complaint was duly served upon one CHARLES R. SCHT~TARZ.

JR., on the 12th day of April, 1976, and that no Ansc~er or other

~ Default was entered on the 25th day of May, 1976, in the office of -
the Clerk of this Court, and that no proceedings have been taken-
~ by the said Defendant since said Default was entered, it is hereby

~ ~ ORDERED, ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Judgment and Ordex
Taxing costs and Interest heretofore rendered by the Circuit Court

for the Covnty of Wayne, State of Michigan, against CHARLES R.
SCHWARZ, JR., be and the same is hereby recognized, adopted and
~ ratified bq this Court and that same are hereby given full faith
i and credit to which they are entitled and same shall be enforced
