WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of Coun
for St. Lucie County, certain funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of
available from the Florida Department of Transportation in form of a $100,000
Plan Update.
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County
resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissio
Florida, in meeting assembled this 22nd day of May, 2001, pursuant to Section 1~
such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-01, and the County's
