ORDER OF FAMILY ADMI1~iISTRATION
On the petition of June Armstrong, Robert DeMarco and
Richard DeMarco, for Family Administration of the Estate of Patric
DeMarco, a/k/a Pasquale DeMarco, Deceased, the court finding that
the decedent died on or about June 29. 1976; that al1 interested
persons have been served proper notice of this hearing, or have
waived notice thereof; that the material allegations of the
_ petition are true; and that sn Order of Family Administration
should be entered in this estate in accordance with the petition;
it is
ADJUDGED that there be i~ediate distribution of the assets
of the decedent as follows:
A. To Jack Armstrong the am~unt of $325.00 for labor to
~ clean and paint the home of the decedent prior to the sale thereof.

~ B. To June Armstrong the amount of $120.00 for mortgage
~
payments on the home awned by the deceased prior to the sale
thereo~.
~ C. To Robert DeMarco the amount of $120.00 for mortgage
payments on the home owned by the deceased prior to the sale
thereof.
D. Attorney's fees to Smith and Brennan in the amount of ~
$500.00, together with costs in the amount of $118.40.
E. To June Armstrong the amount of $4,572.32.
F. To Robert DeMarco the amount of $4,572.32.
G. To Richard DeMarco the amount of $4,572.32.
ADJUDGED FURTHER, that those to whom specified parts of the
S~NITHANDBRENNAN decedent's estate are assigned by this order shall be entitled to
