MELTON LIVING TRUST, dated October 7, 1975, the ownere and holders of
a certain mortgage deed executed by H. H. REESE and IR$N$ H. REES$,
hie wife, to RATIS MELTON, a sinqle person, bearing date the 26th
day of March, A.D., 1976, recorded in Official Records Book 250,
paqe 1540 in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit Court of St.
Lucie County, State of Florida, securing one certain note in the
principal sum of TWO THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED TWELVE DOLLARS AND NINETY
SEV$N CENTS ($2,212.97) and certain promisea and obligations set
forth in said mortgage deed, upon the property situate in said State
and Countydescribed as follows, to-wit:
Lot 1, Block 1, FLORENCE M. HATCIiER SUBDIVISION, ~
accordinq to the plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 10, page 7, of the Public Records of St. Lucie
