- MORTGAGS MODIFICATION AGRESMENT
This Mortqage Modification Aqreement made this
30th day of Auguat , 1976 by and between
JEAN BUCRLBY, (hereinafter referred to as mortgaqor), and
M. DOROTHY MANN, a/k/a M. DOROTHY BUTTERFIELD, a/k/a M.
DOROTHY BLOOM, (hereinafter referred to as mortqagee).

WHEREAS, Mortgator is the owner in fee simple of
that certain parcel of property located in St. Lucie County,

according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded

WHEREAS MOrtgatee is the owner and holder of a
certain mortgaqe encumbering said property executed by Mortqator
to Mortgagee on June 1,~, 1975, and recorded in Official
Record Book page of the public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, which mortgage secures a certain
promissory note of even date in the original sum of FIFTY
~ THOUSAND ($50,000.00) DOLLARS; and

' WHEREAS Mortgaqor has acquired the fee simple
title of that parcel of property located in St. Lucie County

Condominium parcel number 122 of CAPSTAN I,
according to the Declaration of Condominium recorded
in O.R. Book 232, page 619 throuqh 711, public records
of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
WHEREAS Mortqagor and Mortgagee have agreed to a
modification of the terms of said mortgage.
NOW TAEREFORE, in consideration of th~ sum of
$10.00 in hand paid by the Mortgagor to the Mortgagee and
