DECREE OF COHFIRMATION
This cause coming on for hearing this day before me upon
the Special Master's Report of sale and the Motion of Plaintiffs
for a confirtnation thereof, and upon the Court being fully advised
in ~che premises, i~t is thereupon,
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the Spe~ial Master's
Report of sale herein and the same made by him to H.B. SLAY and
BETTY J. SLAY, hie Mife, be and the same ere hereby ~onfirmed
~ in every reapeet, and the said Master is authori~ed and directed
to execute and deliver a Master's Deed conveying said property
sold by virtue of` the Final Judgment herein to R.E. SLAY 8nd

BETTY J. SLAY, his wife, the purchasers of said sale, It is

~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AND DECREED that upon the execut~on an
~ delivery of said deed, the purchasers be let into possession of
~ said premises, and ~he defendants and each of them, and all persons
claiming by, through or under them, or any of them, and all persons
who have come into possession thereof since the filing and
recording of the Notice of Lis Pendens herein deliver possession
thereof to the said purchasers upon the production of the Master's
Deed or a certified copy thereof and a certiPied copy oP this
de cree .
