This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoin-
ing~ the Husband from interfering with, molesting, harasaing or
using physical violence on the Wife, and the Court being fully '
advised in the premises, it is thereupon
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
l. That the 8usband, RICHARD M. MILLER, be and he is hereby
enjoined and restrained from interfering with, molesting, harassing
or using physical violence on the-FTife.
2. All and singular the Sheriffs of the State of Florida
~ are directed to render such assiatance to the Wife as may be nec-
~ essary to insure the Husband's compliance with this Order, without
further order-of this Court.
