- FINAL JUDGMENT
The above and foregoing cause having come on for final
hearing pursuant to the Order to Show Cause heretofore issued by
this Court and the notice addressed to the State of Florida and
the several property owners, taxpayers and citizens of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and others having or claiming any riqht, title
or interest in property to be affected by the issuance by The
School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida, of Certificates of
_ Indebtedness hereir~after more particularly described, or to be
affected in any way thereby, and as heretofore issued against
and duly servecl upon the State of Florida, on the Complaint of ~ ~
i said Board and on the Answer filed herein on behalf of the
~ State of Florida by Robert E. Stone, Esquire, State Attorney,
and~the Court having considered the same and being fully advised
in the premises, finds as follows, that:
1. The School Board of St. Lucie County, Florida, (here-
inafter called "Board"), is a public corporation existing under
and by virtue of the Laws of the State of Florida.
2. Authority is conferred upon Plaintiff by the
~ Constitution and Laws of the State of Florida, particularly
~ Cha ter 67-1996 Laws of Florida, S ecial Acts of 1967, Chapter
~ P ~ P
76-480, Laws of Florida, Special Acts of 1976 and other appli-
cable provisions of law, to issue certificates to finance the
