catee and each of them to ba issued as aforesaid, and all pro-
ceedings incident thereto, are hereby validated and confirmed.
Such certificates are to be iasued to finance the cost of the
acquisition and construction of a new high school plant, inc].ud-
inq buildings, land, equipment and related costs in St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as and when so issued will be payable as
to both principal and interest solely from and secured by a lien
upon and a pledqe of the portion of the race track funds and
jai alai fronton funds, accruinq annually to St. Lucie County
under the provisions-of Chapters 550 and 551, Florida Statutes,.
as allocated to the Board pursuant to law, and other moneys of
the Board leqally available for such purpose, subject to the
prior lien on such race track funds and jai alai fronton funds
of the outstanding certificates of an issue of $1,500,000
Certificates of Indebtedness, dated September 1, 1967, all in
the manner provided in that certain Resolution adopted by The
School Board of St.~Lucie County on August 10, 1976, authorizing -
the issuance of such Certificates of Indebtedness,~Series 1976.
There shall be stamped or written on the back of each of
such certificates a statement in substantially the followinq form:
This Certificate is one of a series of Certi-
. ficates which w~ere validated and confirmed by
judgment of the Circuit Court for St. Lucie
County, Florida, rendered on September 7, 1976.

E provided, however, that should an appeal be taken from this
~ judgment within the period of thirty (30) days, then and in that
event said Certificates of Indebtedness shall not be delivered
to the purchaser or purchasers unless and until a mandate of the
Supreme Court of Florida affirminq this judgment shall have been

~ recorded in the office of the Clerk of this Court.
