This matter came on to be heard on the 7th daq of September,
1976, after notice upon the Wife's Motion For Relief from the
Order of this Court dated July 7, 1976, and the Wife's Petition

For Temporary Relief while this cause is pending. The Court having
heard the evidence preaented on behalf of the perties and the
argimnents of the attorneys.for the parties; and being fully advised
in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Wife's Motian For Relief from
the Order of this Court entered on July 7, 1976, is granted pursuant
to Rule 1.540(b)(1), Florida Rules of Civil Procedure~ and the
Wife is relieved fram the ~f~ect of aaid Order for the reason of
excusable neglect.
' IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that sole custody of
; MARR DUNCAN DELEHANT and KAREN JANE DELEHANT, minor chiidren
i of the parties is awarded to the Wife, DORTHEA MARGARET DELENANT,
~ and the Husband. LAUREN MOORE DELEHANT, commencing the !3~
day of September, 1976, shall paq to the Wife for the support
of the children named above, the sum of $500.00 per month, each
and every month. _
Each payment shall be made to the Clerk of this Court and
~
by him remitted promptly to DORTHEA MARGARET DELEHANT. In addition _
~ there is herebq assessed the sum of $1.00 as statutorq costs to ~
~
~ be added to each payment made to the Clerk. All payments shall be
~ '
~ made in cash, money order, or cashier's check. Both of the parties _
