is in effect.
Pending the final disposition of this inatter~ the Husband
shall have the right to occupy the marital home located at
1421.S.W. Eagle Neat Way, Lighthouse Point, Florida, but the
Wife shall be afforded a rea~onable period d£ time in which to
remove, without interfersnce or disturbance, her items of personal
property and clothing as well as that of the minor children named
above. .
The Husband is further ordered to pay forthai.th the outstanding
bill for PAMELA MARIE DELEHANT's school tuition in _the amount of
$600.00.
IT IS FURTHER ORDERED AND_ADJUDGED that the Husband, LAUREN
MOORE DELEHANT is en.joined and~restrained from coming about,
molesting, threatenin~, harming, annoying or interferin~ with the
Wife, DORTHEA MARGARET DELF.HANT. or the minor children named above.
This restraining order shall remain in full force and effect until
the final hearing of this cauae or until further order of this _
Court, and the Sheriff of St. Lucie Countq, Florida, shall enforce
the restrainfng provisions of this ~rder without further Order from
this Court.
IT IS FURTI~R ORDERED by this Court that pursuant to Section
i 61.20, Florida Seatutes, the Department of Health and Rehabilitative
~ Services, Social and Economic Services Program, make an investigation

and social study concerning all vertinent details relating to the
inor children named above, and each parent, and that
da3~~-a€ g,~,that Department shall .furnish this Court with
a written report containinR its recom~endations along with a written
~ statement of facts as revealed by this social investigation, and
~ upon which said reco~nendations are based.
