W~ I T N S S S S T H : ~ WHERLAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC., ia the developer of HUTCHINSON IS-I.AND CLUB, a Condominiwn, according to the Declara- - tion of Condominium and Exhibits attached thereto recorded in Official Record Book 254, Pages 2128 through 2201, inclusive, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and - WHBREAS, HUTCHINSON ISLAND CLUB, INC. is the owr~er of all units in HDTCHINSON ISLANO CLUB, a Condominium= and WHEREAS, Frank W. Ackermann, William Mattison and Augustus H.
