- l. ?be d~ecedent, RICHARD E. THOIiPSON, died on October 22,
1975, and Letters of Adzinistration were issued to Petitioner on
Ma:~ch 30, 1976. - -
2. Petitioner files herewith a final accounting contain-

ing a ouaplete report of all receipts and disbursements since the
c~o~eaceaient of the addiniatration of this Estate. -
3. Petitioner has fully administered this Estate, by
aaking payaent, sett~e,ent, or other disposition of all claims ati
debts that were presented, and by paying or making provision for
the pay~ent of all expeuses of administration. ~
4. Petitioner has filed all required estate tax returzis
vith the Internal Revenue Service and ~ith the Department of
~
Revenue of the State of Florida, and has obtained and filed with
this Court evidence of the satisfaction of this Estate's obliga-
tions for both Fede~al and Florida estate taxes, if,any.
5. Petitioner hae made or proposes to make distribution
of tLe assets of thfs Estate as aet forth in the achedule of
' distribution attached hereto as Exhibit A.
