WHEREAS, SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIE COUNTY, was appointed
guardian of the property of Ben Brazil by the undersiqned Circuit
Judge on the 22nd day of June, 1976j and
WHLREAS, the above named guardian has taken oath as
required by law,.and is entitled to Letters of Guardianship;
NOW, THERSFORE, I, WILLIAM G. TYE, Actinq Circuit ~
Judqe in and for the County of St. Lucie, in the State of Florida,
by virtue of the power and authority by law in me vested, do
declare SUN BANR OF ST. LUCIB COUNTY to be duly qualified under
the laws of the State of Florida to act as guardian of the
property of BENJAMIN BRAZIL, incompetent because of minority,
with full power to ask, demand, sue for, recover and receive
any assets belonqing to the incompetent; to pay the debts of
the incompetent, if any, as far as the assetis of his estate will
: permit and the law direct, and to protect the interests of the

k incompetent and his estate accordinq to law, and to render due
'r
~ accounts of its guardianship.
