DISSOLUYION OF MfARRIAGE
This cause eame on for trial this date and the Court, having given
full consideration to all the evidence, finds and determines: This Court.
has juri.sdiction of the parties and subject matter of this suit; that the
relation of husband and wife now exists between the parties; and that the
marriage between the parties should be dissolved. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJtIDGED as follows: - ~
1. DISSOLtTPION OF M1~IRRIAGE. The marriage between I~$H C: BEARD
and SANHRA B: BEARD be and the same is heaeby dissolved, and the parties and
i each of them are hereby forever freed ~rom the bonds of matr3mony heretofore
existing between them and from the obligations arising therefrom.
