extension of time of payment, either befare or after nrraturity, ~rithout notice to an~
of us; and to pay all costs of collection, including a reasanable attorney's fee in
the ev~ent of any default hereunder, and hereby severally xaives all benefit of horae-
stead and exemption under the constitv~tion and laxs of each State of the Urited ,
States, as against this obligatian or any extensian or rene~al hereof.
