Section I Status of Debtor . ~ac c+~
Debtor ia~ an individual whose chief place of business.
is the Drive N Shop located at 8748 South U. S. Highway 1, .
Port Saint Lucie, Florida 3345~.
Section II - Debtor'a Obligation8 Secured Hereb~.
The obligations of the Debtor 8ecured by this agree-
ment are as follows: ~
a. Payment of Promissory Note in the amount of
Three Thousand Dollars ($3,000.00) egecuted this date.

Section III - Debtor may fro~m time to time sell or
