hereinafter called Mortgagor ,WITNESSBTH: . .
~ . WHBRSAS, Mortgagor ~executed a mortgage to Mortgagee on
property described in said mortgage, which mortgage is dated ~ ~
25, 1976 , and recorded July 6, 1976 ~ ~
in Official Record Book 25~, page 1~, public records of
St. Lucie County, Florida, and which mortgage secures a
note dated June 25, 1976 , in the origina~ principal sum of
$.8,600.00 , and-which note provides for monthly inatall-
meats of $ 97•95 , beginning on the -lst daq of Auqust
, 19„?~ and further prnvidea that any remaining iQdebt-
edness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and p~qable on the lst-

daq of July 1988 ; and,
WNERFAS, it is the desire of all-parties hereto that the
payment dates as recited in said note be changed;
l ~NOW, THEREFORE, for good and valuable considerations, it is
hereby mutually agreed that the abovementioned note be reformed to
the extent that the first monthly installment is due and payable on
the lst day of october , 19 76 , and further that
any remaining indebtedness, if not sooner paid, shall be due and paq-
able on the lst day of September, 1988 , -
The parties hereto further covenant and agree that all terms
and conditions of said mortgage and note dated June 25 ,
19 76 , shall remain in full force and effect and that nothing
- herein contained shall in anywise impair, altex or diminish the terma
or conditions, lien or encumbrances of said mortgage and note other
than as expressly stated in this Agreement.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, said Mortgegee has hereunto signed its
