at that time, Ben L. Bryan, Jr., who also witnessed the
execution of the same on September 16, 1971.
3. The execution of said deed was witnessed by
two subscribing witnesses and said execution took place without
'duress or undue influence of any nature.
4. The execution of said deed was duly acknowledged
by the Defendant before a notary public for the State of Florida
at large. ' -
