WHEREAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County
funds not anticipated at the time of adoption of the budget have become availal
Justice in the amount of $2,270.95 in form of a grant for the Bulletproof Vests I
WHEREAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of the St.
Commissioners to adopt a resolution to appropriate and expend such funds.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the St. Lucie County Board of Cou
meeting assembled this June 25th, 2001 pursuant to Section 129.06 (d), Florida
appropriated for the fiscal year 2000-2001, and the County's budget is hereby
