3. Upon failure of the Respondent to makc any of the above payments on the date
that any said payments shall become due, the Slieriffs of th~ Statc of Florida, upon further
order oC this Court, shall hereby retain and place the Rc,~~undent in thc St. Lucie
County 1ai1 wherever he shail be fo~u~d for a pcriod ot~~days or until such period of ~
time as he has purged himsclf by making the payments hrr~in set forth. The Sheriff of
St. Lucie County is herrby directed and instructed to immediately release the
Respondent at any time ~ft5r the commencement of s~id confinement upon proof of payment of
the amounts called for uncler the terms of this Order. That the abo~~e and foregoing provisions
for incarceration for contempt :~nd for the purge of same shall apply to each and every maturing
payment and additional payment under the terms of said Ordcr dated March 3 ,
19 76 and as called for under thc terms ot~ this Order until said presently defauited payments
have been paid as hereinabove pro~ ided.
