COMES NOW THE Defendant , CHARLES R. SCHWARZ, JR. , and -

moves the Court for a Protective Order and as grounds therefor
alleges :

1. That the attorney for the Plaintiffs has served ~the
Defendant with written Interrogatories as to matters unrelated
'i to the pleadings, beyond the scope of the pleadings a~zd

~irrelevant and irnmaterial to this cause of action, tre answer

to which, if provided to Plaintiff at this tis,e, wil~l cause ,
~ ~~!irreparable harm to the Defendant. Plaintiffs or their agents

Icorporatzons not a party to this action, in which Defendant has ~
