co~~enunt and promise to pay to the order of Sun Bank of St. Lucie County or to its successors or assigns (collectively the _
Payee), at its principal office at 111 Orange Ave., Fort Pierce, Fla. or at such other place aa the Payee may deaignate
to the ~taker in writing fmm time to time. in legal tender oi the United States, the Principal Amount together with
intereat at the Interest Rate on the unpaid balance of the Principal Amounk. ~
The sums due and owing hereunder ahrill be payable dunng the Amortization Period in equal monthly inatalments,
each in the amount ot the Inatalment Payment~ the first such Instalment Payment to be made on the Firat Instalment
Payment Date and aubsequent Instalment Paymente on the fitat day of each month thereafter until the Maturity Date
whereupon the entire unpaid balance ot principal and interest accrued and unpaid thereon ahall be~.~ome due and pay-
able; each such instalment when paid shall be applied tirst to the payment of interest on the unpaid balance at the In-
terest Rate and the remainder thereot to payment on account ot principal.
If nny Instalment Payment shall not be paid when due, then the entire principal aum and accrued intereat here- j
under shall become due and payable at once or thereafter, at the option of the holder of this Note. T6e Payee may. at ~

It is further agreed that the bfaker and each endoner, aurety, guarantor, jointly and severally, e6a11 pay all costs of i
collection of this Note, including a teasonable attorney a fee, on failure to pay any Inatalment Payment or any acerued ~
interest due hereunder on the due date thereof. This Note and all auma due hereunder ahall bear interest at the highest
lawful rate of interest per annum in the State of Florida from the date when the ptincipal and accn~ed intereat under
this Note shalt be due and payabte. The total intereat payable hereunder ahall not in any one year ezceed the highest ~
lawful rate o( interest in the State ot Florida. ~
This Note is secured by a Mortgage, dated the date hereof, of property situated in the 3tate of Ftorida.
Tt~e Maker agrees that it shall be bound by any agreement extending the time or modifying the above terma of
payment, made by the Payee and the owner or ovmers of the ptoperty af[ected by eaid Mortgage. whether with or with-
~ out notice to the Maker, and the Maker shall continue liable to pay the amount due hereunder. but with intereat at a
rate no greater than the Interest Rate, according to the terms of any such agreement of e:tenaion or modi~cation.
The unpaid batance ot the Principa! Amount, plus acrrued interest shall beoome due and payable at the option of
