RESTRAINING ORDER I

This cause came on to be heard upon the sworn Petition of
the Wife for a temporary restraining order, restraining and enjoining
the Husband from destroying any of the personal property located in ;
the marital dwelling, including the clothing of the Wife and child,

and disposing of the same, and restraining and enjoining the Husband
i
from interfering with, molesting, harassing or using physical violence
on the Wife and minor child, and the Court being fully advised in the
~ premises, it is therefore
i ORDERED as follows:

1. That the Husband, JOHN BUTT RIDDLEMOSER, is hereby en-
! joined and prohibited from destroying any of the persona 1 property

€ located in the marital dwellin F
; g, including the clothing of the Wife ~

~ and child, and disposing of the same until the final hearing herein ~

€ or until further order of this Court.

~ 2. That the Husband, JOHN BUTT RIDDLEMOSER, be and he is

: harassing or using physical violence on the Wife and minor child.
