PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tlon organized under the laws of the United States of M~erica, 1s :
now the owner and holder by assignmerit of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th aay of Qctober, ;
1970, by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continent~l ~
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing ~
~5,100,000.00 and recorded in Official Record Book 187, Page `
2405, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida,
~encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein ~
more particularly described; as amended by Modification of g
• Mortgage Deed, dated October 4, 1972, amending the sum secured '
by an additional principal indebtedness of s1,112,392.00 and
also encunbering other lands in Polk County, Florida, which
Modification of Mortqage Deed was recorded in Official Record ~
Book 207, Page 867, et seq., Public Records of St. Lucie
County, Florida, and as further amended by Mortgage Modifica- ~
tion and Extension Agreement, dated June 27, 1973 and recorded ~
in Official Record Book 216, Page 265, Public Records of St. ~
Lucie County, Florida; and '

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National '
' City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
' part a~f the mortgaged premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
NOW, THEREFORE, First National City Bank, in consideration of
the premises and the sum of Five Thousand Two Hun ~

does remise, release, quit claim, exonerate and discharge from the ~
lien and operation of said mortgage, unto the said mortgagor, its ~
