PARTIAL RELEASE OF MORTGAGE ^
KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: ~r
WHEREAS, FIRST NATIONAL CITY BANK, a national banking associa-
tion organixed under the laws of the United States of America, is
„ now the owner and holder by assignment of the following mortgages
and the notes secured thereby, to-wit:
A mortgage deed, executed the 14th day of October,
'1970. by Outdoor Resorts of America, Inc. to Continental
Mortgage Investors, a Massachusetts Business Trust, securing +

encumbering certain lands in St. Lucie County, Florida therein.

WHEREAS, Outdoor Resorts of America has requested First National ~
City Bank to release the property hereinafter described, being a ~
part of the mortga9ed premises, from the lien and operation of said
mortgage;
